it shines, it's so beautiful to the eyes
I feel strength, no longer weak.
I look up and see your smile
I feel your gentle touch on my cheek
you take my hand so tight, not letting go
the pieces so perfect, together in place.

telling me you love me, and your so sure.
Your voice makes me smile, sends shivers down my spine.
I know this can't be real, you'd never be beside me,

Suddenly I hear the beep of my alarm.
In shock, knowing it was all a dream
my dream could come true, tonight.
I realize I have to try , try for us
shooting for the stars, reaching for you
with 3 simple words, my life can change
